On March 20th we have the conjunction of two astronomical events. The new moon and spring equinox occur within a few hours of one another. My astrological friend tells me there is even more to this event in that the new moon will be at 29 degrees of Pisces.
Now why the astrological information? Because 29 degrees of any zodiac sign signifies an ending and Pisces itself is the last sign of the zodiac. So we have the new moon signifying a new beginning placed in the last degree of the last astrological sign, which suggests an ending.
We are being called to begin the new by letting go of something.
That something for many of us is the story we have been telling or sometimes unconsciously living out that was passed down to us. That has perhaps kept our heart locked away so that we have been unable to feel connected, to trust our inner voice, to feel the love that surrounds and supports us.
Within us is the beauty and truth of who we really are minus the old story. But, and it’s a pretty big but, that story has taken up a lot of space.
So when you do the personal work, when you do the letting go and the space appears, take a breath.
Allow for the exhilaration and apprehension that can accompany the prospect of new creation, and breathe.
You are creating a new story….we all are.
